Our league has had nothing but unbelievable results from
your tools that created our web site. I'm a step away
from my CCIE, but haven't had a lick of training on html
and your tools have made my job easy in creating and
maintaining the web site. You can count on us continuing
the licensing of the product for years to come as well as

After last week, I felt the need to write you this. Feel
free to use as you wish... I looked at a number of scheduling
applications. Most are priced much higher and don't give you
the features found in League USA's application. The scheduler
is easy to use and takes into consideration the unique
requirements of our league. The online tool makes posting
schedules to my site a breeze. And customer service is the best.
League USA makes you feel like you are their number one customer.
When I had an issue, I was able to get support at midnight. When
I requested an enhancement for the next release, I received an
update three days later.

Every software vendor could learn from this company. Keep up the
great work!!

I just wanted to say thanks.

Everything went smoothly last night. In the past, with the number
of teams we have, we would hand schedule for 2 days about 8 hours
each day. We did purchase another program a few years ago and even
with that one once the schedule was done and we'd get together to
review it we would still spend about 5 hours or so fixing it. Last
night our meeting started at 7 and I walked out at 8:50.

Everyone commented on how well everything looked and how great it
was to only spend a few hours reviewing and making changes. So for
that I wanted to say thanks!

First of all - phenomenal product - you have saved me days of having
pieces of paper spread all over my living room! The product does what
is expected and more - our league is very happy with the software.

My only suggestion is, would it be possible to have an export feature
that would put the games into an actual calendar? Would sure be handy
for posting on the fridge to let the wife know what 'nights' you are
going out with the boys! It would be a great addition to an already
great product!

Keep up the good work - our league has bought the seasonal twice, but
we are leaning to buying the full version.

After using your free trial last year I lobbied long and hard for
our 2000 player league to buy your program. They did the scheduling
manually. This year we voted on buying a scheduler, I was over ruled
by members who were told that League Analyzer was better. We bought
three copies, $400 to $500. We still have not gotten to first base.
I convinced our President to lease two copies of yours. Tonight in
three hours we did schedules for 6 divisions with only 3 left to do.
We had spent over two weeks with League Analyzer and had not
scheduled one game.

I am currently working over in Northern Iraq as a contractor in
support of our Armed Forces. I work in the Morale, Welfare and
Recreation department. What I do is set up activities for the

I was able to create the schedule very quickly and without any
difficulty, and I must say I was very pleased with the results.
The schedule was still reasonably balanced even with the
restrictions I placed on the officer's teams (must play at
certain times on certain dates)

None of the other scheduling software programs I have tried
were able to provide any satisfactory results.

I haven't decided whether to purchase the 6 month lease, or the
full purchase. Our league only needs just the 1 schedule per
season, so I'll have to check with the other officers on the
purchase.

You guys are great! This is a true, sad, and funny story. I am
one of the overzealous parents in the soccer world who also is
involved in software development. A friend of mine asked me to
help him out with his Spring Soccer League. He needed a quick
website www.seattlespringsoccer.com and I used the open source
www.dotnetnuke.com and then he said "will you do the
scheduling for over 70 teams". Never willing to say I do not
know, I figured there had to be something online for this task
and it would be a slam dunk. WRONG You combine ignorance of the
scheduling process and dumb implementations of the scheduling
process you get a few days of frenetic searching. I spent many
hours and money on Web based products, then downloaded six
applications. Finally I landed on your product.

You do the job just the way I would think about an optimization
problem. There are always constraints and given enough time you
come up with an optimal solution. I am not sure what your
optimization technique is but it makes me happy.

I recently ordered your scheduling software and web hosting package
for our league and I must say I am absolutely DELIGHTED. The ease of
use of both products will save me over a hundred hours of computer
time this season and in seasons to come. I found both products easy
to use, efficient and very intuitive.

Your online support was timely and helpful and had I needed a
"walkthrough" (your products are so easy, I didn't require it) I am
sure you'd have been just as helpful.

We had been using an outdated scheduling program that put our schedules
into an Excel format which then needed to be manually sorted and
PROOFREAD for mistakes. We then had to manually enter that information
onto our website. I dreaded this task every year! It took several days
to get things right the "old way." I completed this all in just a few
hours with your products. You have made my life and the lives of other
members of our league's Board of Directors MUCH EASIER!

I've already touted our new website and scheduling software to other
"Little League guys" I know in other communities and I'd enthusiastically

Thanks for your help with the questions that I had.  I’ve purchased the
6 month lease option and I learn a thing or two each time I play around
with the settings.  Even with 10 towns, 20 fields, 50 teams and 450 games
in our softball program, I was able to find a place for almost every game
while keeping the teams together that have requested that they travel
together.


The only bad thing is that it worked so well for me that I’ve been
“volunteered” to do the scheduling for baseball and basketball, on
top of softball, for years to come.
