75 pitch max: 3 days, 1 game rest		on↓	next eligible
61 to 75: 3 days, 1 game rest		Mon	Wed		Thurs		Fri
41 to 60: 2 days, 1 game rest		Tues	Thurs		Fri		Sat
21-40: 1 day, no games rest		Wed	Fri		Sat		Sun
1-20: no days, no games rest		Thurs	Sat		Sun		Mon
		Fri	Sun		Mon		Tues
**Player may not be catcher		Sat	Mon		Tues		Wed
if he has already pitched in game
***If player reaches max in middle of at bat, player may finish at bat
